Oliver Ingles, Managing Director

MNAEA

As master valuer, Oliver heads up our valuing and property listings. He has listed thousands of homes for sale over the years having started his career in Great Dunmow, Essex.

Oliver's genuine passion, charm and courteous nature combined with a local knowledge that’s second to none make him a firm favourite with the people of Hertford who trust him implicitly when it comes to selling their homes.

When Oliver isn’t listing homes and securing record prices he’s out on the courts – tennis or squash! Or you might even find him on a boat in the Balearic Islands during his holidays and his claim to fame is he once accompanied Paris Hilton to a party!

Edward Casson, Director

MNAEA

Ed has 16 years’ experience under his belt having run, managed and built up many successful agencies. While many of his peers have grown tired of the constant challenges the property industry presents, Ed relishes the opportunity to expend his boundless energy and flex his entrepreneurial muscle in his pursuit to change perceptions of the industry and to provide the best service for our customers.

Ed oversees the daily running of Go Move and motivates the team with his passion and commitment to improving our service. He’s always on hand to share his knowledge and expertise with the team.

When he’s not spending time with his wife and three young children, Ella, Jacob and Olivia, he can be found winding his way through the beautiful villages of Hertfordshire and Essex on his latest bike. If you let him, he’ll be happy to regale you with tales of who he’s sold houses to, including a certain football player and a Spice Girl!

Oliver is a passionate entrepreneur and businessman who combines commercial nous and an analytical mind with financial experience and knowledge of the property sector to drive the business forward. His energy is contagious and he is committed to delivering success to Go Move’s customers and the Go team.

James Buckmaster, Marketing Manager

James is in charge of our marketing department and pushes our new concept to the limits. He has a flair for customer engagement and can often be found on the streets of Hertford promoting what we do in the most creative way possible. James studied Creative Media & Photography in Cambridge which allows him to create short films and take all of our professional photographs that you see on social media.

James has worked in retail, insurance and as a bar manager before the age of 20! He also owned and ran his very own promotional group which put on night events in the town of Bishops Stortford.

Andrew Ioannou, Client Relations Manager

MNAEA

Andrew Ioannou heads up our sales progression and client relations department. Andrew has over 10 years experience working in the property sector having previously worked in a solicitors practice, and also numerous large corporate estate agencies where he gained invaluable experience in client relations and sales progression. We are proud to have Andrew on board with us; along with his industry knowledge, wit and charm he compliments the team here at Go exceptionally well. When Andrew isn’t working, you will often find him training down at the gym and has a particular passion for fitness and wellbeing. His other great joy in life is Greek food and the team at go, know they are always in for a treat whenever he fires up the BBQ!

Jack Johnson, Branch Manager

Jack was chosen to join our team in 2017 and came on board to manage the day to day running of our busy Hertford estate agency practice and has quite literally been a huge hit with our customers since he started. This is no great surprise, as Jack has an abundance of experience in Estate Agency and property, having learnt his trade in a busy Cornish practice, before stints working out in Portugal and more lately the prime London market regularly working on multi-million pound sales for his clients.

Jack and his partner Sasha who live locally to Hertford, found out they were having their first child due in 2017 so Jack made the decision to leave the crazy London property market to work in the crazy Hertfordshire market to be a little close to home.

In his spare time, you will likely see Jack in the gym, normally at 6am where he likes to kick start his busy day. When not in work or at the gym, Jack will likely be found up a step ladder with a paint brush, demonstrating a passion for also renovating properties, and we often say in the office that he will surely feature on ‘Homes under the hammer’ in due course!
